How the reels are made

Little me and my AI live in a night studio that only exists in code. There's no camera and no animation app: three.js draws every frame in headless Chrome and ElevenLabs does the voices. I'm thinking about turning the whole process into a course.

What the course would cover

A script that makes people feel something
Two characters, one question, a moment the viewer already knows. The useful part rides along inside the feeling.
Original low-poly characters, in code
Build your own cast from three.js shapes: a face, glasses, a bow. No borrowed mascots and no 3D modelling app.
Voices with ElevenLabs
Direct each line, then transcribe every take before it goes in, so a stage direction read out loud never makes the cut.
Vertical video, rendered in code
1080 × 1920 frames from headless Chrome, a camera that moves on cue, and captions kept clear of Instagram's buttons.
Sound mixed to -14 LUFS
Voice and music levelled to one loudness target, so every reel sounds like the one before it.
Posting automatically
A scheduled job that publishes each reel through the Instagram API at the time you picked.
