Terms & Conditions

This site is provided for the purpose of showcasing work, sharing writing, and enabling prospective clients to get in touch. You agree to use it only for lawful purposes and not to attempt to disrupt, scrape, or misuse it.

All design work, code, writing, and case studies presented on this site are the property of Uzáir Zolö unless otherwise credited, and may not be reproduced without permission. Client names, logos, and project details shown are used to represent past and current work.

This site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Blog posts and guides reflect personal opinions at the time of writing and shouldn't be treated as professional advice for your specific situation.

These terms cover use of this website only. Any paid engagement for design, development, or related services is governed by a separate agreement made directly with the client, not by these terms.

Collection Toolkit, Checkout Toolkit KSA and PriceToolKit are Shopify apps installed through Shopify. Their use is governed by Shopify's terms and by each app's own privacy policy, linked from its page on this site — not by these website terms.

Reel Studio is a downloadable software pack with a written guide (PDF), sold for PKR 9,999 in Pakistan or $39 from other countries and paid by bank transfer. After you order, you get an email with the payment details and an order reference. The pack and the guide are emailed to you within one business day of the payment arriving (PKT, UTC+5). Any fees your bank charges are yours.

Using the pack is governed by the licence inside it: one person, or one business with up to 5 people; unlimited videos; no sharing or reselling the pack or the guide.

Refunds: sales are final once the pack has been sent. If it won't run on your computer after you follow its setup guide, and we can't fix it together, you'll get a full refund within 14 days of delivery.

These terms may be updated from time to time as the site or services change. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
